Orders and payment

All orders are payable in cash on delivery, unless stated otherwise at checkout. An order is considered confirmed as soon as you validate it at checkout.

Prices

Displayed prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Zazz Lalla reserves the right to change its prices at any time; already-confirmed orders are not affected by a later change.

Delivery

We deliver to all major cities in Morocco. Delivery times are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on destination and shipping conditions.

Returns and exchanges

You have a reasonable window after receiving your order to report any defect or non-conformity. Contact our customer service to arrange a return or exchange.

Loyalty program and affiliation

LALLA Points, VIP perks, and affiliate commissions are governed by their own rules, available in the dedicated sections of the site, and may be adjusted at any time.
